Why do delivery times vary by collection?
Each LoveLab Antwerp collection has different production processes and availability. Some pieces are kept in stock for quick delivery, while others are crafted to order. Delivery times range from 3-6 days for in-stock items to 3-6 weeks for made-to-order pieces. See our delivery times by collection below for specific details.
Can I choose the metal or cord color for my jewelry?
Yes! Many of our pieces offer customization options. You can select from various metal finishes (925 Silver, 18K Gold) and cord colors during the ordering process. If you need specific customization, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your options.
What are your shipping fees and return policy?
Shipping is free in the EU. Outside the EU it is €25, or free on orders over €500. In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Why do you offer store credit instead of refunds?
Each LoveLab piece is made-to-order and personalized to your chosen size and specifications. Because of this custom nature, we cannot resell returned items. To ensure you can still find the perfect piece, we offer store credit for returns within 14 days. This way, you can exchange for a different size, color, or design that suits you better.
What are the delivery times for each collection?
Cuty Collection: 3-6 days delivery. Multi Collection (Yellow Three, White Three, Pink Three, Four & Five): 2-4 weeks. Matchy Collection: 2-4 weeks. Shapy Collection (Sparkle & Shine): 2-4 weeks. Cubix Collection: 2-4 weeks. Holy Collection: 3-6 weeks (made to order). Classy Collection (Figaro, Mirano, Lugano): Ships immediately (in-stock items only). EU shipping is free. Outside the EU, shipping is €25, or free over €500.
Authenticity & Certification
Which certificates come with your lab-grown diamonds?
We use only IGI (International Gemological Institute) and/or in-house certificates for our lab-grown diamonds. These certificates verify the quality, cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of each diamond.
Are lab-grown diamonds truly identical to natural diamonds?
Yes! Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. They're made of pure carbon in a crystal structure, and even expert gemologists need specialized equipment to tell them apart. The only difference is their origin.
Which production method do you use (HPHT or CVD)?
We work with diamonds created using both HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) methods, selecting the best option for each piece. Both methods produce diamonds of exceptional quality that meet our strict standards.
Can you tell the difference between a natural and a lab-grown diamond with the naked eye?
No, you cannot tell the difference with the naked eye. Lab-grown diamonds are visually identical to natural diamonds. Only specialized laboratory equipment can distinguish between them, and even then, the differences are in their growth patterns, not their appearance or quality.

Are your diamonds guaranteed or insured?
Yes, all LoveLab Antwerp jewelry comes with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. We also offer optional insurance coverage for loss, theft, or damage. Your purchase is protected, and we stand behind the quality of every piece.
What happens if my jewelry is damaged upon arrival?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you. We take full responsibility for items damaged during shipping and will resolve the issue promptly.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and store pieces separately to prevent scratching. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid swimming in the sea or pool while wearing it. For detailed care instructions, check the care card included with your purchase.
Do you offer customization services (size, shape, color)?
Yes! We offer various customization options including size adjustments, metal choices, and in some cases, diamond shapes and colors. Contact our team to discuss your customization needs, and we'll work with you to create a piece that's uniquely yours.
Do you offer ready-to-gift packaging?
Absolutely! All orders come beautifully packaged in our signature gift boxes, perfect for gifting. You can choose between our LoveLab Antwerp pink packaging or our classic black packaging. It's also possible for us to handwrite a short message on the packaging to make your gift even more personal.
